SPECIAL WATERPROOFER FOR FACADES

Water-based waterproofing coating made up of a dispersion of styrene-acrylic synthetic copolymers, pigments, charged ions and additives that make it an excellent protector of facades against dampness, ultraviolet rays, gases, acids, algae, fungi, dirt, etc.

  • Excellent resistance to water with minimum water absorption, which makes it a perfect waterproofer.
  • It has very good resistance to ultraviolet rays and provides high durability coatings.
  • Very good resistance to saponification, so it is compatible with cement, fibre cement, concrete, etc.
  • Permeable to water vapour. It facilitates the transpiration of the treated surfaces from the inside to the outside: it avoids trapped air.
  • Waterproof against rainwater, climatic agents and ageing.
  • It has high elasticity which allows it to bear expansions and contractions.
  • It is very easy to apply. It does not produce bad smells.
